-Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
-Knowledge of Local Labor and Employment Regulations.
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
-Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language or Chinese
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality (hotel business) and 3 years of experience in human resource management.
Human Resources Management
-Manage the legal issues of the department, provide advice to the General Manager which will assist in the meeting of strategic objectives.
-Develop, direct and oversee overall hotel recruitment and hiring activities strategies for all Expat and National Expat positions.
-Assist in recruitment and interviewing of candidates for all executive positions.
-Build up effective Training system for hotel.
- Develop, maintain and coordinate hotel training programs that provide for specific skills training and management/supervisory development, including anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training.
- In learning and developing personnel in the organization to have qualifications that meet the needs of work in terms of good attitudes towards the organization and colleagues
- Creating organizational culture for teamwork
- Experience in preparing employee income budgets, salaries and wages, welfare, overtime pay, compensation and benefits according to labor laws and employers that must be done, checking punch cards, issuing warnings, making salaries, performance evaluations / giving awards
- Able to use computers well, computer systems and employee database programs, work schedules for each department, training, vacations and various activities for employees
- Able to manage conflicts between employees, employers and have good problem-solving skills for changes in the organization
