Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field.
10 years? experience in IT support with general user applications, networking and server.
1. Experienced in system infrastructure (MS Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, O365, Group Policy, Network products Cisco Router, Firewall, Switch), data recovery, variety of computer products and operating system and hardware.
2. Good communication both Thai and English
3. Good service support and user training skills.
4. Able to work after office hours as well as during the weekend when require.
5. Able to travel and work outside Bangkok sometimes.
Manager, GT is responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the company. Additionally, responsible for Information Technology issues, products, and services at the property.
