Management, or related major or 4-year bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or management within the food and beverage industry. Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is usually required.
A strong understanding of food and beverage products, trends, and market dynamics.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, along with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities of Hotel's Venues. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to Food and Beverage Sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal Food and Beverage Sales goals.
