The Hostess is a personal representation of the service and restaurant in general and is responsible for giving a first good impression to the customers when they arrive. While guests are waiting to be seated, it is the job of the Guest Relation to ensure that the guests are made comfortable and kept being informed of the status of their orders or waiting times.
