- Experience in Public company would be advantage.

- Developing and implementing Human Resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Building a strong talent management and development program for all levels.
- To develop and implement employee career plan, Salary Structure, KPI, and performance management.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Other jobs as an assignment.
