The Hotel Reservation Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest bookings, and providing excellent customer service. The Reservation Officer plays a key role in maximizing room occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction by handling reservation inquiries, confirming bookings, and managing cancellations or modifications.
