- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor?s degree in any related field.
- At least 3 years experience in corporate Sales?s role especially from 4-5 stars hotels would be a plus.
- Strongly organized, detail-oriented and pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Finding and presenting our hotel to potential company.
- Negotiating and sending the contract rate by email with cc sales team.
- Leading and appointing inspection with potential companies, inspection will be lead by the hotel team.
- Introducing sales team who will continue relationship.
- Providing and gathering Potentially Company Database
- Identifying new markets and sales opportunities
- Developing ideas to build occupancy and revenue.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements for corporate segment.
- Providing and presenting sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to forecast future goals more accurately.
- Travelling to company offices to obtain business.
- Salary 20,000THB per month (3 Months)
- Commission 5% from room revenue and 3% from event revenue. (Effective 6 months)
