? Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) and digital marketing trends.

1. Hotel Operations & Guest Experience
? Oversee day-to-day operations of both hotels, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
? Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards.
? Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
? Monitor guest reviews and implement service improvements accordingly.
2. Staff Management & Leadership
? Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding service.
? Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of employees.
? Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
? Ensure staff adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
3. Financial & Business Management
? Manage hotel budgets, cost control, and financial planning.
? Monitor revenue, occupancy rates, and overall financial performance.
? Work closely with the finance team to optimize operational costs while maximizing profitability.
? Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
4. Sales, Marketing & Brand Management
? Support sales and marketing efforts to enhance the hotel?s visibility and revenue.
? Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.
? Ensure both properties maintain a strong brand presence online and offline.
5. Compliance & Safety
? Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
? Implement and monitor safety procedures for guests and employees.
? Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards
