Required Skills:
?Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools (Excel, data visualization software)
?Understanding of hotel operations, reservation systems, and revenue management principles
?Knowledge of market segmentation, pricing strategies, and demand forecasting
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments
?Ability to identify trends, interpret data, and make informed recommendations
Education and Experience:
?Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
?Experience in hotel operations, ideally with a focus on revenue management
?Familiarity with hotel revenue management systems (RMS) ? EzRMs or Idea G3
Supports Director of Revenue in analyzing and reporting Revenue Management data in all revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, etc.).
Breaks down information into its fundamental components, identifying the core principles, reasons, or facts to gain comprehensive insights.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
?Collect and analyze data from the property management system (Opera Cloud), central reservation system (TARs ? Accor System), and other sources to track revenue performance.
?Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), revenue trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
?Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to inform pricing strategies.
Revenue Management Strategies:
?Develop and implement pricing strategies based on demand forecasts, market segmentation, and distribution channels according to Cluster Director of Revenue?s direction.
?Manage room inventory by allocating availability across different market segments and sales channels to optimize revenue.
?Adjust room rates dynamically based on real-time demand fluctuations according to Cluster Director of Revenue?s direction.
