Mobility

Why this position?
As part of its ?Happy to Care? sustainable development program, Club Med aims to offer its stakeholders eco-designed villages, built and operated with the concern of a customer offer aligned on one hand with the group?s values (the moments of happiness are shared; they cannot be experienced at the expense of others and the nature) and on the other hand with the strong ?healthy? and ?eco-friendly? market trends.
While there is a sustainable development department for the corporate, the business units, in charge of the operational implementation of the strategy defined by the corporate department, must have the human resources to implement the CSR ambition of the BU, with the various BU head office stake holders as well as with the resorts within its perimeter (ESAP resorts).
Currently CSR is part of Product & Services department, in charge of design of client experience, standards & quality control and products evolution.
Responsibilities
She/he coordinates the deployment of the BU?s CSR ambition with the relevant support departments (P&S, operations, development, purchasing, etc.?). She/he contributes to the definition and development of this ambition through his /her proposals and feedback.
Product:
She/he contributes to the evolution of the product related to sustainability, in collaboration with the Product & Services, operations, marketing and purchasing teams.
Operational implementation of the resorts:
She/he supports the opening of the resorts in considering the eco-standard operations.
Responsible operation of the resorts:
She/he supports resorts and BU teams to deploy and perpetuate the sustainable development and Green Globe eco-certification procedures for the resorts of the BU.
Support for local initiatives :
She/he develops partnerships with associative, public structures for the environmental protection.
She/he is also responsible for the activities of the Foundation on its perimeter.
Methodology:
She/he participates in the continuous improvement of the methodology for managing operational approaches to responsible resort operations.
Promotion:
She/he is the interface with marketing for the promotion of the sustainable commitments of the BU?s resorts.
She/he also acts as a representative of Club Med with stakeholders on CSR topics in ESAP.
