-Ensure shift supervisors are using shift check lists and maintaining the standards outlined on those list.
-Ensure restaurant equipment, facilities are maintained to the given standard through us of Preventive Maintenance Schedule and Maintenance request forms.
-Ensure that each shift manager completes shift allocation form for each shift daily.
- Events and functions ? Ensure Event Supervisor plans all events properly by clear communication and delegation of responsibilities.
-Ensure all equipment, ie. room service, coffee machine, ice machine, etc. Are being maintained by the assigned person.
-Ensure that the Supervisors maintain the grooming standards of each individual staff in their respective areas.
-Responsible of Daily Briefings sharing the related information, upcoming events, VIP/returning/long stay guests status and operational issues.
-Ensure that the flow program is continuously being developed; each individual position is being trained for their next job assignment with clear directions from their superiors.
-Ensure that each shift Supervisor know their average spend & capture ?actual vs budget ?in order to operate their business properly. Must be filled in the logbook daily.
- Ensure that the BAR is checking that the bar back is maintaining the beverage par stocks as per the standards.
-Coordinate with HR department any staff issues, applying counseling to the F&B staff when necessary. Every staff issue must be documented and saved.

-Ensure that the F&B Manning is always updated and that each Supervisor knows their manning correctly. Coordinate with HR for hiring the positions available in order to have a full manning.
-Ensure that the Supervisors are enforcing the flow program with the respective job descriptions for each individual staff.
-Organizing and Implementing Food and Beverage trainings for all the staff ensuring that standard knowledge levels are maintained for each individual position.
