-Bachelor?s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in hotel development or hospitality consulting.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across different markets.
-Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and brand expansion strategies.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-Fluent in English.
-Experience in international business and good understanding of Asian culture is an advantage
-Ability to travel regionally as required.
BWH Hotels in Asia Head Office is currently looking for Regional Director of Development
Primary Responsibilities:
-Establish and identify business contacts with hotel owners, developers and investors
-Preliminary determine and evaluate the new properties to ensure that the hotels meet standards by using our BWH Hotels standards
-Identify new and existing properties and highlight to the owners the advantages and benefits of the BWH Hotels name and branding.
-Negotiate terms and conditions of membership with prospective new members and fulfill all membership application requirement.
-Formulate financial, operational and business plans to support the overall objectives of these hotels.
-Familiar with the Standard License Agreement and the obligations therein of the Licensor and Licensee.
-Responsible for providing sound business advise on issues relating to membership status, legal and other related issues.
-Liaise and support during the activation process.
Monitor the progress of new hotels to facilitate a timely and successful opening.
-Conduct a proper handover session with Operations team and other departments concerned.
-Provide each hotel with useful information concerning minimum standards, recent updates, and industry trends.
-Work closely with Hotel General Managers and Property?s owners.
-Perform any other reasonable duties requested by the Vice President, International Operations - APAC.
-Comply with company?s rules and regulations.
