Human Resource Supervisor

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5 years' HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor laws.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Handle employee relations and engagement.
- Liaise with outsourced service providers.
- Ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Assist with HR planning and reporting.
