8+ years in hotel operations, including 3+ years in leadership
- Strong in front office, housekeeping, and facilities
- Hands-on, service-focused, with team leadership skills
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Report to CEO and oversee Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Guest Experience
- Ensure service, cleanliness, and maintenance meet brand standards
- Drive daily operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Lead and coach teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Align with Sales, Marketing, and F&B to support business goals
