? Bachelor?s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Strong knowledge of marketing techniques, industry best practices, services, and products.
? Ability to effectively communicate various aspects of products and services, and position them against competitors.
? Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels.
? Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
? Good organizational and time management skills.
? Proficient in both spoken and written English.
? Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
? Minimum of 3 years? experience in sales management or a leadership role within a sales team.
? Responsible for sales to organizations, government agencies, clients in Asia and the European Union, travel agents, and hotel accommodation.
? Prepare departmental budgets, sales targets, and the overall sales strategy of the hotel.
? Develop action plans and set targets to maximize revenue and profitability for hotel operations.
? Generate new business, close sales deals, and increase sales revenue through phone calls, client meetings, sales visits, and networking.
? Conduct research and analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities.
? Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences, and comply with budgetary guidelines and marketing plans.
? Build and expand market share by developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and banquet clients.
