- Thai nationality, Age not over 40 years old
- Experience of at least 5 years as a Restaurant Manager in Michelin Star Restaurant / 5 star hotel / Fine dining restaurant, Will be considered a plus
- Good command of both spoken and written in English
- Experience in establishing recruitment, training and leadership systems
- Knowledgeable in store management and understanding of operational processes
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in problem-solving and making effective decisions
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Oversee and manage all operations within the store
- Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, and evaluate performance
- Monitor and control inventory, including ordering supplies
- Manage operational costs and improve profitability
- Ensure the store complies with hygiene and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints appropriately and promptly
- Enforce brand policies and maintain the store?s image
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
- Coordinate smooth collaboration between kitchen and service teams
