Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent higher.
- Heathy and smart posture.
- Having experience in fitness, gym and sport trainer is a big advantageous.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Prior experience in a fitness, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout shift.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

Job Summary:
The Club House Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and guests. This role includes monitoring the fitness area, maintaining equipment and cleanliness standards, assisting members with equipment usage, and supporting the overall operations of the club house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym, locker rooms, pool area (if applicable), and equipment.
- Monitor use of fitness equipment to ensure safe practices and prevent misuse or damage.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Replenish towels, sanitizers, and supplies in designated areas.
- Assist members with questions regarding facility policies, equipment use, and programs.
- Enforce club house rules and regulations to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Assist with special events, classes, or club promotions as requested.
- Perform regular walkthroughs and inspections to ensure operational excellence.
