- High school diploma or highr equivalent.
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in hospitality.
- Good knowledge of local area and directions.
- Courteous, well-groomed, and punctual.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and assist with luggage.
Position Title: Doorman & Driver

Reports To: Chief Concierge
Job Summary:
The Doorman & Driver is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for guests upon arrival and departure. He assists guests with their luggage, opens doors, and provides directions and information while maintaining the security and safety of the entrance area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests and visitors courteously and professionally.
- Open doors and assist with luggage and packages.
- Provide directions, answer guest inquiries, and give local recommendations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel entrance.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and handle sensitive situations discreetly.
- Assist in managing guest traffic at the entrance and ensure smooth arrival/departure flow.
- Safely transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, or business destinations.
- Maintain cleanliness and service condition of hotel vehicles.
- Keep accurate vehicle records, including mileage, fuel use, and maintenance logs.
- Follow traffic laws and safety procedures at all times.
- Offer information and assistance about local sites and services.
