Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of Samsen Street Hotel and 4Monkeys Hotel in Bangkok. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about hospitality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Resident Manager will be responsible for ensuring both hotels operate efficiently, providing exceptional guest experience while maintaining cost control, staff management, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hotel Operations & Guest Experience
? Oversee day-to-day operations of both hotels, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
? Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards.
? Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
? Monitor guest reviews and implement service improvements accordingly.
2. Staff Management & Leadership
? Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding service.
? Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of employees.
? Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
? Ensure staff adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
3. Financial & Business Management
? Manage hotel budgets, cost control, and financial planning.
? Monitor revenue, occupancy rates, and overall financial performance.
? Work closely with the finance team to optimize operational costs while maximizing profitability.
? Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
4. Sales, Marketing & Brand Management
? Support sales and marketing efforts to enhance the hotel?s visibility and revenue.
? Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.
? Ensure both properties maintain a strong brand presence online and offline.
5. Compliance & Safety
? Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
? Implement and monitor safety procedures for guests and employees.
? Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
? Proven experience in hotel management (Resident Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar role).
? Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
? Excellent communication skills in English.
? Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
? Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) and digital marketing trends.
