Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage bar staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of beverages.
Maintain stock levels, place orders, and control costs effectively.
Monitor bar operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Develop and implement promotions, events, and strategies to increase revenue.
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to achieve business goals.
Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff development.
