- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Hospitality, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online distribution within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel systems including CRS, PMS, and channel managers.
- Familiarity with OTA extranets (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda) and tools like Google Analytics, MetaSearch, and GDS.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CMS, SEO, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

- Maintain and update hotel content, photos, room descriptions, and rates on all online platforms (brand site, OTA, GDS, metasearch, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize online distribution channels for rate parity, availability, and competitiveness.
- Develop and execute online campaigns and promotions to boost direct bookings.
- Coordinate with Revenue and Marketing teams to implement e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze web traffic, booking trends, and conversion rates; prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage hotel?s presence on review platforms and assist in responding to online reviews when necessary.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors such as OTA account managers or channel managers.
- Support content marketing efforts including SEO, social media ads, and email campaigns when required.
