Food and Beverage Manager (ผู้จัดการแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม)

- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in hotels
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, and cost control

- Manage daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety.
- Lead and train F&B team members to deliver excellent guest service.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
