Qualifications:
Bachelor or higher, major in hospitality preferred
Experience:
1.At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a similar capacity/position
2.Knowledge in Hospitality industry.
3.Knowledgeable, familiar with all aspects of operations
Competencies:
1.Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point
2.Excellent communications and public relations skills.
3.Possess management and leadership skills
4.Good command in English
5.Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
6.Ability to receive as well as deliver constructive criticism.
1.Be responsible for planning, controlling and coordination of all functional events as requested by the Management
2.Manage team and other operational functions in providing excellent service standards and building the community for residents
3.Ensure smooth operation and efficiency of operational departments with regular inspections
4.Handle correspondences relating to residents, be it event notices or replying their enquiries
5.Disseminate information and obtain feedback from residents
6.Perform all duties as outlined in the operational policy and procedures, report or recommend any outstanding issues
7.Preparation of required management reports
8.Review and update of operational procedures
9.Ensure that the local legal, labor, health and building requirements/regulations are met and maintained
10.Manage execution of the Sales & Marketing plan of the property
11.Develop and establish new programs, service standards and control procedures in response to operational needs
12.Organize operations meetings
13.Perform all other assignments as directed by the Management.
14.Takes overall responsibility for financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives
15.Participate in and comply with the hotel?s EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Sustainability programs, including attending meetings and reporting issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
