- 1-2 years experience in a Western kitchen or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of dessert and pastry preparation.
- Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and food safety standards.

- Assist in preparing and cooking Western dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Manage ingredients and ensure proper storage of food items.
