- Creative, dynamic, and trend-oriented personality with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Thai (written and verbal).
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager (or Assistant Digital Marketing Manager) is responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to position The Gravitique Hotel Khaosan as a leading lifestyle boutique hotel in Bangkok?s Old City. The role focuses on social media, online campaigns, and digital brand storytelling to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and direct bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Branding
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that reflect the hotel?s lifestyle and boutique identity.
- Manage and grow all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with engaging and creative content.
- Oversee content creation (photos, videos, reels, blog posts) showcasing hotel highlights, rooftop bar, and guest experiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Performance & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to increase direct bookings and revenue.
- Track, analyze, and report digital performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and ranking.
- Work closely with OTA partners while promoting direct booking channels.
Partnerships & Engagement
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and lifestyle media to boost brand exposure.
- Support hotel promotions, seasonal events, and rooftop bar activations with digital campaigns.
- Engage with online audiences to build a strong digital community.
- Teamwork & Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to align campaigns with hotel business goals.
- Work with designers, photographers, and external agencies when needed.
- Support hotel management in strategic branding and promotional activities.
