Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master?s preferred).
Proven experience (X+ years) as a Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM).
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software (e.g., Salesforce).
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet company goals and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Oversee and track sales performance, ensuring goals and KPIs are met.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to the sales team.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to increase revenue and market share.
