Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or Guest Service (hotel or residence).
Good communication skills in Thai and English (spoken & written).
Pleasant personality, service-minded, and well-groomed.
Able to work on shift rotation, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage phone calls, Line official, and resident requests promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to fulfill resident needs.
Maintain accurate guest information, billing, and reports.
Assist with move-in/move-out procedures and prepare related documentation.
Handle guest complaints or issues efficiently and report to management when necessary.
Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Promote hotel/residence services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
Follow company policies, safety, and security standards.
