- Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and customer service mindset.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive with a background in reservations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative duties and supporting the reservations process, ensuring accurate booking records, smooth coordination between departments, and excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to Management
- Maintain records, reports, and filing systems accurately and securely.
- Handle internal communications, documentation, and coordination between departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to occupancy, reservations, and room revenue.
- Assist with scheduling, staff documentation, and procurement-related tasks when needed.
Reservations Support:
- Process and manage individual and group reservations through email, phone, or online platforms.
- Ensure all booking information is accurate and updated in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate with Sales and Front Office teams on room allocations, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
- Respond promptly to reservation inquiries and follow up with guests or travel agents.
- Monitor daily arrivals and cancellations, and ensure maximum occupancy and revenue optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rates, packages, and promotions.
