1.At least 4 years Front Office experience required in supervisory position in the hospitality industry.
2.Knowledge in the Front Office in the hospitality industry.
3.Excellent spoken and written English.
4.Well versed in use of computers such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5.Sharp, Detailed, Meticulous, Display of cheerful, pleasant and warm disposition, Leadership, problem solving, positive attitude under pressure.
1.To obtain and account for the correct room revenue.
2.To ensure that all room rate, guest data is posted and correct into the hotel property management system.
3.Anticipate guest?s need through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
4.Align working practices and conduct with hotel; consistency strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests
5.Constantly seek to improve business results with new procedures, methods and policies and make recommendations to Senior Guest Service Manager/ report and manage incidents, accidents, loss and /or damage to person and property within the premises.
6.To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
7.Compile analysis of guest?s comments and feedback during their stay.
8.Follow-up calls to be made to all new arrivals and maintain a close rapport with all in house guests.
9.Maintain the Guest Service cash float for the refund of security deposits.
10.To conduct daily pre-shift briefings to employees on rooms occupancy, arrival & departures, functions / event and special attention that is needed.
