- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (Commis or entry-level kitchen helper preferred).

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.

- Physical stamina and good manual dexterity for kitchen tasks.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and advanced food safety regulations is a plus.
