E-Commerce Manager

- Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or Distribution within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel online distribution systems, including PMS and Channel Manager tools.
- Experience in managing OTA relationships and online rate strategies.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve online performance.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing market environment.

- Implement the hotel's e-commerce and online distribution strategy in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and up-to-date content, room rates, and availability for La Petite Salil and The Salil Hotels across all online channels.
- Manage relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and ensure compliance with brand and rate parity policies.
- Coordinate with hotel teams and partner agencies on all e-commerce activities and promotions.
- Conduct regular analysis of online channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve visibility, ranking, and revenue generation.
- Monitor and report on booking trends, production performance, and channel contribution.
- Support the Revenue and Sales teams in optimizing the hotel's presence on all e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare monthly e-commerce and distribution reports for hotel and corporate review.
- Maintain system accuracy by ensuring daily updates in the Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager.
