Qualification standards include:
able to train and develop a large staff;
stands and walks during 10- to 12-hour shift;
posses strong leadership and team building skills;
Analyze needs of the guests and give an appropriate answer
3 years of management experience;
5 years of food service experience.

The dining room manager is directly responsible for the operation of the service. This includes meeting our high standard on quality, operating a clean and safe environment, while achieving cost goals. The dining room manager works as an integral part of the management team and works to build sales and guests satisfaction to help grow the business.
The restaurant manager is to closely align themselves with the 2 Head Chefs so as there is a clear connection and harmony of operation between the kitchen and dining room. Communication before each and every service between you both is vital and what is considered another life support of Paste restaurant.
