Reservation Supervisor

? Thai Nationality
? Male or Female, At least 2-3 year experience
? Bachelor?s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related field
? Good command of English, and computer skills
? Well-organized with strong attention to details
? Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and fast learner

? Handle booking from local customers & overseas clients
? Taking and replying all reservations via telephone, emails and other communication channels with professional manner
? Extend full cooperation within and between other departments and prepare information and documents for reports.
? Provide hotel facilities and related travel information to incoming enquiries
