? Management and to assume overall responsibilities for the hotel with regard to guest comfort, liaison queries, complaints and general operation as well as staff matters.
? Observe any shortcomings, malpractices, irregularities and if necessary report to Front Office Manager of any minor or major incidents that take place.
? To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all time.
? To assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
