? Ensures the efficient and effective management of the hotel introducing and maintaining hotel brand standards and maximizing revenue streams and profitability.
? Ensures the successful introduction and adherence to company/hotel policies and procedures, corporate initiatives and owner requirements.
? Maintains clear two-way communication channels with the CEO of Hotel , with regular briefings and communication sessions concerning all hotel related matters.
? Procures and disseminate information effectively throughout the Management Team ensuring effective and timely decision making.
? Ensures full understanding and compliance with the hotel Management Agreement, ensuring that business practices, policies and procedures and operating procedure follow the spirit and terms of the Agreement.
? Works closely with the Hotel Management Team, establishes detailed divisional action plans which plan in detail the timely completion of operational issues throughout each area of the hotel.
? Prepares a detailed monthly Report detailing financial situation, operational issues, owner related issues and marketing plans for approval by the CEO of Hotel.
