? Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or F&B studies and/or significant experience in a similar role
? Computer literate
? Languages: fluent in the national language and English, a 3rd language would be a plus

Overview of duties
? Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
? Guarantees a high standard of service for guests on that floor, in line with hygiene and safety standards
? Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development
? Manages floor personnel
? Acts as the "Mistress of the house" for the floor and ensures that guests have a comfortable stay
? Replaces the Head Housekeeper when absent (depending on the size of the hotel)
