- Male or Female
- Thai National only
- Experience in 5-star hotel is a plus
- Age not more than 35 years old
- 2-3 years experience as Assistant HR Manager or HR Manager
- Has experience in handling visa and work permit for expat, payroll, provident fund and general HR administration
- Fully conversant with Labor Law, Local Employment Legislation and related laws
- Good command of English (TOIEC Score to be at least 700)
- Computer literacy (must be good with Excel), conversant with HR software like SAP Orisoft and Eagle
- Detailed and result-oriented
- Nice personality and able to work under pressure
- Able to work long hours to meet expected deadlines
- Able to supervise, coach and lead a team of HR personnel (ability to be both a leader and a follower)
