- One year experience in similar restaurant, either as jr. waiter or waiter.
- Prior experience as Hostess preferred.
- Good command in English communication.
- Thai nationality is required.
? Assists in implementing the highest standards of service through the restaurant
? Acts as a representative of AJR restaurant in a grateful and appreciating manner to make guest feel at home and provoke their need to return.
? Prepares table plans according to reservations and ensures that tables are constantly cleared and reset according to the reservation plan ? liaising with the service team for accurate set up
? Liaises with the General Manager and Maitre D? on daily operations and any relevant guest requirements
? Replies email correspondence
? Ensures that reservations are handled in a timely, friendly and professional manner
? Organize the menus for each service and ensure they are cleaned and in good condition
? Prepares guest profile and guest preference before every service for the manager/team review
? Meets, greets and seat guests in a professional and efficient manner
? Ensures that guests are seated according to their requirements
? Records guest preference and maintains accurate and up to date profile
? Ensure guests dress code is in relation with AJR standards
? Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu to advise guest accordingly while answering their queries
? Ensures that all employees establish a professional and courteous rapport with guests
? Communicates clearly and effectively with the hosting team members
? Interacts positively, energetically and enthusiastically with all guests
? Constantly strives to satisfy all guests that she may come into contact with
? Monitor the rhythm of service to maximize seating capacity
? Handles guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, allowing for corrective measures to be taken, reporting complaints or problems to superiors if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
? Ensures restaurant?s entrance, bar, toilettes are tidy at all times and back of the reception is kept clean and organized
? Posses knowledge?s of POS System and cashiering
? Wishes ?Farewell? to all guests, encouraging repeat customer
? Ensures that relevant grooming standards are adhered to
