- Thai National
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in HR functions in multinational company.
- Proactive, dynamic, positive attitude, good team player, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
- Responsible for all HR & Administration activities including recruitment, compensations & benefits, labor relations, training & development, payroll, office and administration management.
- Ensure the effective deployment of HR strategy, policies, systems, tools and practices are aligned with the group?s strategy and culture.
- Responsible for training plan and implementation of the organization.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and comply with legal requirements.
- Handle Employee Relations and conflict management.
- Handle office and administration management, maintain and monitor office supplies, coordinate with vendors for any maintenance of office facilities as well as procurement process.
- Any other related tasks as required.
