**Assistant Chief Engineer**
**Can communicate in English**

- Strong leadership skills and qualities
- At least 5 years experience in the similar role
- Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Air-conditioning, Sanitary system.

- Ensure Maintenance Request Orders are completed in a systematic manner
- Ensure safety is their prime concern whilst being cost effective
- Ensure that the engineer tasks are handled
