Requirements include 1-2 years sales or marketing related experience in hotel/hospitality field, or equivalent combination of education and experience and a related degree is preferred. You must be able to travel to attend workshops, tradeshows, conventions, etc. and may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Location: Phuket based
The Sales manager will actively prospect and qualify new business. He/She will also produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements while they monitor and handle inquiry calls and provide client proposals in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures. You will arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients and produce monthly sales-related reports and sales forecasts for assigned area of responsibility. He/She will attend and represent hotels at trade shows and conventions and/or participate in sales trips to key feeder markets.
Sales and Marketing related duties and responsibilities for iCheck inn & Aspira brands in South Thailand (Phuket- Krabi- Samui ) under the general guidance and supervision of Director of Sales & Marketing, and within the limits of established Corporate/Sales policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of Sales activities related to FIT, Wholesales, Leisure Group as well as Tour Series. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning and development of sales strategies. Oversee and assist with the development and implementation of sales plan.
