?High Vocational diploma or higher.
?Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
?Knowledgeable in cooking and presentation of food. Food sanitization knowledge is a must.
?A good team player with good interpersonal skill.
?To assist in the preparation of all mise-en-place.
?To assist in the preparation of dishes and ensure that they are prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
?Comply with the company food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests.
?Maintain food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, to include dating, proper storage, rotation, etc.
?Maintain the basic food safety and sanitation in accordance with the company policies.
?To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or pass correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner.
