In order to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate similar experiences in the up class hospitality industry within the 5* luxury market.
Professional, passionate and flexible will be some skills required from you in order to manage the different aspects of our operations. Solving problems knowledge will be a must to efficiently manage conflicts moving forward. Understanding and analysing the financial aspects of the business along with a successful run of the operations will be your top priorities.

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be required to insure a perfect run of the day to day operations. Your main focus will be to ensure that the high F&B standards are met with excellence and professionalism. Leading by example and sharing your great customer service skills will be assets to achieve the department?s goals and exceed our financial targets.
