3. Excellent interpersonal Skills
4. Working experience is based on position level.
5. English communication skill (is a Plus)

1. Answers incoming calls.
2. Direct call to Home office, staff, or departments through the switchboard.
3. Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.
4. Provides information about hotel services to guests.
5. Understand the telephone operator board or PBX switchboard operations.
6. Knows what action to take when an emergency call is required.
7. Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone.
8. Receive Reservation for Restaurants and Club Lounge
