Marketing Communications Manager

- Develop and manage the production of events? marketing collateral and ensuring that meet the deadlines
- Coordination of FB promotion and events? advertising and promotional programmes
- Develop and coordinate advertising materials or related communication activities
- Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness
- Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner
- Creates Power Point presentations for marketing communications/ management meetings
- Co-ordinate and management of events
- Media tracking and tabulation
- Keep current with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and any media regulations
- Coordinate, design and distribute local newsletters
- Assisting the marketing team with marketing, brainstorming and advertising strategies
- Estimating the time required to complete projects and providing quotes for clients
- Contributing design artwork and ideas to the overall brief
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Presenting finalized ideas, designs and concepts to Director of Marcom
- Other duties as assigned
