Mainly responsible in generating new account and maintain existing customers with a desire to reach challenging targets and a proven ability to network successfully. Duties include the following.
-Extensive knowledge for Leisure Sales both local and international market
-Maintain contact with both Hotel existing customers and visit on a regular basis,
including generate new business.
-Have a proven track record in generating business in the region in addition to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
-Supervising, motivating and monitoring reservation and sales team performance.
-Setting budgets/targets as well as reporting back to management
-Meet the Budget and Targets given as planned.
-Follow up on any sales calls and negotiate pricing while minimizing discount.
-Excellent attention to detail and focus on customer service required.
-Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
1. Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field.
2. High energy, highly motivated and driven person with a strong sales and results focus.
3. At least 2 year experience in sales (preferable in pattaya market).
4. In-depth knowledge in sales and marketing of the hospitality industry.
5. Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem solving.
6. Able to work well under pressure.
7. Proficiency in both written & spoken English.
