The Front Desk Supervisor is expected to lead as an example in terms of appearance, attitude, smile, & professionalism, being a reference for the Receptionist.
To ensure that each guest is welcomed with a smile and a warm attitude.
To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit are reached successfully and permanently.
To coaching and train his/her team during the operation.
