To provide assistance meet and greet guest at the airport and create positive first impression of the hotel to arriving guest, be able to help guest in solving problem for unexpected situation at the airport. Coordinate with the Team Leader for, Reservations and Welcome Agent where necessary. To ensure all guest are taken care effectively and professionally at the airport
