Responsible in all secretarial and office administrative work of the Sales & Marketing department. Assists the Sales Manager to ensure good communication within the department, with other hotel departments, with Starwood offices and between the Hotel and the market. Supports the department in maintaining good follow-up on all tasks by the deadline. Coordinates with departments and individuals concerned in preparation and submission of reports as required. Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in control and maximization of departmental resources. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically as required. In-house telemarketing to seek new potential business as well as give full attempts to convert the leads into definite.
