- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any
related field.
- Male or Female with good personality and smart, service minded and strong
interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to communicate in Japanese language is a plus.
- Ensure that all preferences of the incoming resident are taken, prepared
and ready prior to arrival.
- Ensure all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite and
efficient manner.
- Deliver a level of personalized service that exceeds not only the
expectation of the resident but will add a point of difference from the
service provided anywhere else within the serviced residence.
- The Guest Service Agents are the unique service touchpoint for the
Serviced Residence. They are able to provide an orientation of the
residents and offer local connections and access to business event and
networks, exclusive social events as well as facilitate gathering for
like-minded people.
- Services to provide not limited to, escort/welcome guests on arrival,
explaining the feature of the room, describing our services, offer to make
tea or coffee, arrange wake-up calls or taxi services, assist with
unpacking & packing, provide arrival pressing of next day suit, &
organizing belongings.
- Maintain and update guest history and marketing database as laid down in
the front office procedures.
